Wilson Daniels inspires an enthusiasm for estate wines from distinguished properties, historic families, and the most renowned vineyards around the world. Executive Chef Thomas Kaszubowski has created a menu inspired from his classical French education and renowned sommelier Ben Eberlein selected wines expertly matching each course. Sparkling wine to toast starts the dinner at 6pm.
